Refund policy

All items are described as accurately as possible in each of the listings.  All items are considered to be used, but in working condition even though some items will come in unopened retail boxes.  Items may have minor scratches and/or blemishes but should have no defects that affect the normal use of the items.

Because of the nature of these products, all items are sold as/is with no expressed or implied guarantee or warrantee.  All sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged and Lost Packages
RoboPros is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.  We will however add insurance on all packages over $25 in value as part of the purchase.  In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 90 days from the date of purchase and we will file a claim for the amount of damage up to the value of the items purchased (excluding shipping).  In order to complete these claims, you (the buyer) will be required to complete an online affidavit affirming said damages through a provided link after the claim is filed.   Once the claim has been processed, RoboPros will refund the amount of the claim to the original payment method used for the purchase.  Failing to complete the online claim affidavit will result in the inability to issue any refund.
